Your ad tracking, boosted.

Pingado takes each trial and purchase from your billing provider, ties it to the ad click behind it, and sends it to each connected ad platform through the pixel and the Conversions API. Your reports and the platforms’ bidding work from the same payments.

$19 a month up to $2,500 in ad spend, $49 up to $5,000. Everything included.

Three ways Pingado boosts your tracking.

Past a few thousand a month in ad spend, a gap in tracking decides which campaigns you scale and which you cut.

Count every conversion.

The pixel only sees your pages. It misses payments on hosted checkout pages, charges when a trial ends, and visitors whose browser or ad blocker stops it. The sale happens, and the platform never hears about it.

With Pingado

Trials and purchases come from your payment provider’s webhook, then go to each platform through the pixel and the Conversions API with one shared event ID, so each sale lands once.

See actual ROAS.

Platform ROAS is built from what the platform’s own tracking saw. A thank-you page that loads twice counts twice, a skipped one counts zero, and two platforms can both claim the same customer.

With Pingado

Revenue comes from your billing provider, with the amount and currency it charged, renewals included. Each sale is credited once, to the last ad click before it, so channels compare on the same revenue.

Attribute better.

Safari deletes cookies that scripts set after 7 days, and after 24 hours when the visitor arrived from an ad click. A buyer who clicks on Monday and pays on Saturday shows up without the click ID, and the platform can’t match the sale to its ad.

With Pingado

Pingado keeps a copy of each visitor’s ad cookies, such as _fbp, _fbc and _gcl_aw, and sets them again on every visit and across your domains. The platform can match the sale to the click it paid for.

Find what works. Decide where to scale.

No developer needed.

Add one script, through Google Tag Manager or your site’s header. Connect your ad accounts, and paste a webhook URL into your payment provider. If you create Stripe Checkout sessions in your own code, one small change passes the visitor through checkout. Pingado works without it, with weaker matching.

An espresso cup with a drop of milk falling into it

Ads are like espresso. Sometimes it’s just too harsh.

In Lisbon, a pingado is an espresso with a drop of milk. It’s still espresso, just easier to enjoy.

Pingado does the same for your ads. It applies all the best practices I learned while working with customers spending from $1K to $1M a month on ads. All the pixels, cookies and CAPI quirks and complexities, done for you. Enjoy!

Frequently asked questions

Why don’t Pingado’s numbers match Meta’s or Google’s?

They count differently. An ad platform credits a sale to its own ads within its attribution window, which can include people who only saw an ad, and it adds modeled conversions. When two platforms each claim the same customer, that sale appears in both.

Pingado starts from the payments your billing provider recorded and credits each one once, to the last ad click or campaign before it. Use Pingado to compare channels on the same revenue, and each platform’s own numbers to see what its bidding is working with.

I already send conversions with server-side GTM or the Conversions API. Can I switch?

Yes. Pingado deduplicates its own pixel and Conversions API copies of each conversion, but it can’t recognize events your current setup sends with different IDs. Turn off the trial and purchase events your current setup sends to the platforms Pingado sends to, or each sale will count twice.

See how Pingado compares with server-side GTM and Stape.

How long do restored ad cookies last in Safari?

Safari limits cookies set by a server outside your own infrastructure to 7 days, and Pingado sets them again on every visit. A visitor who comes back within a week keeps the ad click that brought them, however many visits it takes before they buy.

For longer lifetimes in Safari, the tracking subdomain has to share your site’s IP address, for example by routing it through the same Cloudflare zone or host as your site. The install guide covers it.

Why do I need that? I can just install the Meta or Google pixel.

You can, and Pingado uses it too. But on its own the pixel only sees what happens on your pages. It misses payments on hosted checkout pages, charges that happen days after a trial, and visitors whose ad blocker or browser stops it. The platform then optimizes on page views and clicks.

Pingado takes leads, trials and purchases from your payment provider and sends them to every connected ad platform, through the Conversions API and the pixel. Bidding learns which clicks turn into customers, and your reports show each campaign’s conversion and drop-off rates at every step of the funnel.

How does Pingado attribution work?

Pingado captures available click IDs and UTM parameters when someone lands on your site and stores them according to our retention policy. When that person converts, Pingado retrieves the stored attribution data and connects it to the conversion event.

It uses each ad platform’s native pixel, Conversions API, or both to send the event, depending on what the platform and event support. When both report the same conversion, Pingado coordinates deduplication so it isn’t counted twice.

What do I need to connect, and how much work is involved?

You’ll need access to your website, its DNS settings, your payment provider, and your ad account. Setup involves adding a tracking subdomain and one script to your site, connecting your payment provider and ad account, and choosing which conversions to track.

Allow about 20 minutes with those accounts ready. Your payment provider may also need a webhook and a checkout confirmation URL. The quick-start guide walks you through setup and checking your first test conversion.

What does Pingado cost at my ad spend?

$19 a month up to $2,500 in monthly ad spend, $49 up to $5,000 and $99 up to $10,000. Above that, email us for a price. Every plan includes every feature, platform and integration, with unlimited sites, ad accounts and team members.

The price follows the spend in the ad accounts you connect. You pay your ad platforms separately for the ads themselves.

Will Pingado get write access to my payment provider or ad account?

Not to your payments, campaigns, or budgets. Pingado receives webhook notifications from your payment provider, such as Stripe, and reads reporting data from your ad accounts, such as Meta.

During setup, Pingado guides you through creating a dedicated data source in each ad platform. Its write access is limited to sending conversion events to that isolated data source.

Does Pingado respect cookie consent?

Yes. Pingado supports Google Consent Mode v2 and hashes personal data such as email before sending it to ad platforms.

Does Pingado create or manage my campaigns?

No. You create your ads, choose your audience, and set your budget in the ad platform. Pingado handles conversion tracking, sends your lead, trial, and purchase events back to connected platforms, and shows which campaigns bring customers. It doesn’t create ads, change bids, or spend money on your behalf.

Can Pingado guarantee my ads will be profitable?

No. Pingado handles conversion tracking from lead to trial to purchase, shows which conversions your paid traffic generates, and calculates return on ad spend (ROAS): attributed revenue divided by ad spend.

Your results still depend on your product and offer, how well your site converts, your campaign audiences, and your ad creatives. ROAS helps you judge performance, but it measures revenue, not profit. Profitability also depends on your other costs.
